Preparing to Work SCQF Level 3
What is special about this course?
This full time course is ideal for young adults looking to learn skills to prepare you for work or further study. You will gain a College Certificate at SCQF Level 3 on successful completion.
You will study 3 days per week and go on a residential trip as part of the course.
After this course there may be the opportunity of further study on another college course, or you may move onto employment or supported employment.

- You will have the opportunity to undertake work placements · You will have the opportunity to study some SCQF Level 4 units

The course will include work experience and a 3-day residential trip.

Normally, if you are studying full time for the first time and are Ordinarily Resident in Scotland your course fees will be covered through the information you provide on your course application.
If you are studying part time and are on low income or in receipt of certain benefits your course fees may be covered by a fee waiver.
If you are not Ordinarily Resident in Scotland, you may need to pay course fees.
