A great course with a lecturer who was as excellent at encouraging and caring for his students as he was knowledgeable about cars. After twenty years away from formal education, I was very nervous starting the course but I didn't need to be. It was so well laid out and organised. I am excited about next year's adventure.

I enjoyed that the lessons felt sociable. It made the course enjoyable and things easier to understand. Paul [our lecturer] has a great sense of humour and found ways to help us remember things such as "marter stoater". I learned loads about gearboxes when, with other students, I stripped one to its component parts. Paul walked us through what everything did and how it did it.
