Our suite of research offices, on the second floor of the building are available for lease to organisations.
Opportunities to lease our office suites may be available on flexible terms and hot-desking on a daily, weekly or monthly basis can also be negotiated.
Each office has a stunning view across Elgin town centre varying in size, between 42m2 to 47m2, accommodating up to 8 people.
Taking a lease in the AGB Centre allows tenants to benefit from excellent fully serviced packages which includes:
