"The development of these four micro credentials clustered together to form a complete course known as Digital Essentials for Carers, are intended to provide a self-contained package of learning and engagement with digital tools and services that will provide interactive learning opportunities. We recognise that for some of the intended market it may have been several years since they last engaged with formal education. As such, the online short courses are designed to be accessible, easy-to-use, informative and engaging. We have used a variety of innovative delivery methods and learning strategies to create programmes that do not just upskill and reskill but will build confidence and drive positive engagement with established and emerging digital tools and services.“
