Exam Stress Workshops - Next week!
Can't sleep, difficulty concentrating, Keep having worrying thoughts, Can't do the work, Need a drink, Wish it was over! Feel dizzy, So tired, No chance, No way I'm going to pass! I can't be bothered, I Can't win, Got a headache, Nobody cares, who am I doing this for? I don't get it, Feel sick, Who knows? What for? It's not going in, What's the point?

This is a 1 hour workshop examining preparing for and coping with the anxiety experienced during examinations and the different ways to manage it.
