Graham Wilson
Following a short spell teaching at secondary school, I returned as a lecturer in 2011. I teach several modules on the HN Computing program, primarily in software development, database design and development, and data and cyber security. I am also module lead on the BSc Computing - Software Construction and BSc Interactive Media - Branching Narrative modules.
About Me: I first came to UHI Moray as a mature student in 2004 and gained a BSc in Computing with distinction after 3 years of study. In 2017 I gained a Masters degree in Education, followed by a PhD in 2020 and I have published articles in ACM Inroads, IEEE: IT Professional, and Intellect: Book 2.0. I have also become a professional member of the ACM and a senior fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
My personal interests are genealogy and Munro bagging (very slowly, but I’m almost half-way there). During the pandemic, I wrote an interactive adventure gamebook called Rise of the Ancients – Book 1: Bruidd… book 2 will be finished soon.
