Hi. I’m the curriculum leader for many of the Engineering courses delivered at UHI Moray and I teach the Maths and Mechanical Engineering subjects.

Studying at Linkwood Technology Centre enables you to access the specialised hardware and software needed for today’s engineers.  Experienced staff are on hand to provide the context of your studies in the engineering sector.

About me:  My background is through the aerospace design and development field where I was part of the team producing the Typhoon aircraft that buzz around the skies in this area.  I also supported this aircraft type and many others, during my time serving in the RAF.

Interesting fact about me. My first engineering role was in the development of a steam engine to counter a Cold War Russian threat.
