I am a Lecturer and Module Leader in Integrative Healthcare at UHI Moray. I have been teaching in this field for over a decade now and have helped design and develop our degree programme. I also provide support and guidance for students as a Personal Academic Tutor, and as a Dissertation Supervisor in the final year of the programme.
I am very passionate about my subject, particularly developing reflective, academic, and critical practitioners who will be the next innovators in the field, and I truly believe that the BSc (Hons) Integrative Healthcare programme is an excellent opportunity for anyone who wants to be the best possible therapist they can be by developing their knowledge, critical thinking, and appreciation of the place of Integrative Healthcare in the wider healthcare arena.
About me: I'm a bit of a geek that loves science fiction, an avid consumer of stand-up comedy shows, and panel shows like QI and The News Quiz, and I absolutely love a good comedy podcast. I have also parasailed from a 6000ft mountain in Turkey.
