I am a Sport and Fitness lecturer, teaching SCQF level 6 through to degree level.  I am also a personal academic tutor for the HNC in Fitness, Health & Exercise. I have a passion for teaching and education and to see students’ progress in skill development and confidence is the best parts of lecturing. 

About me: I teach Physical Yoga and Les mills body combat.  I practice yoga daily to relax and keep flexible. I also enjoy going to the gym lifting weights, but my happy place is spending time with family and friends!
