An opportunity has arisen at UHI Moray, for a permanent, full time (1fte) post, to support the Heads of Curriculum and the Head of Academic Partnerships.
In this role, the Clerk to the Academic Heads will provide essential support to the Academic Heads, assisting in completing administrative tasks within their roles and Programmes of Delivery PODs. This multifaceted position involves data collection, analysis, and preparation of information for various purposes, including clerking to the HoCs in committee, leadership, and progression boards, creating prominent files, assisting in PRD process, course, approval, modification processes, interview note taking and quality assurance administration.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient processes and ensuring the smooth functioning of academic operations.
The successful candidate will be educated to HNC level or have 3 years relevant work experience. It is essential the successful candidate has knowledge and experience of UHI Moray and UHI further and higher education processes. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and people skills, will be well organised, and experienced in using MS Office packages and utilisation of SharePoint, with some knowledge and experience of database software; and will have the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Appointments are made subject to appropriate PVG Membership.
