UHI Moray is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to the post of Hospitality Assistant to undertake storekeeper duties to support the functions of the Hospitality Department.  The successful candidate will support the Hospitality curriculum by helping to establish and maintain the areas as a potential learning environment.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of cleaning materials and surfaces, have an understanding of maintaining and monitoring stock levels, health and safety awareness and have good IT skills.   

An elementary food hygiene qualification or equivalent is required as is experience of working in a catering/hospitality setting.

All appointments are made subject to appropriate PVG Membership.
