Exam Stress Workshops

During exam time many students will be under extra pressure which can lead to symptoms of stress. These can manifest themselves in many ways including inability to sleep, difficulty concentrating, having worrying thoughts, tiredness and feeling very negative. Don't worry, help is at hand with our Exam Stress Workshops.

Not only can these workshops help you to cope with the symptoms of stress but they can also help you to apply useful preparation techniques to get ready for your exams.

The workshops are being held at Moray College UHI at 12noon in room C120 on the following dates:

  • Friday 10th May
  • Thursday 16th May
  • Monday 20th May

They will take no longer than 1 hour, so if you think that this is for you then come along!
