Thursday evening fine dining returns to the Beechtree for 2014
Want to treat yourself to fine cuisine and experience service and table theatre only normally seen in top restaurants at a very competitive price then come along and join us in the Beechtree Restaurant on Thursday evenings
Mouthwatering dishes are being created by our Diploma 2 Professional Cookery Students and accompanied by wines chosen by our Diploma 2 Professional Food and Beverage Service students to match and complement each dish.
We will also be offering a loyalty discount scheme for a Thursday evening - the more you dine with us the more benefits and discounts you will receive in the Beechtree, as well as entry into a prize draw to win dinner for 4 at our final dinner in June 2014.
The menu available on 16th and 23rd January will be:
Rich tomato consommé finished with a chiffonade of basil and smoked garlic crepe
Sea Bass Tartar served with Goats Cheese and Sesame Dressing

Scallop cooked in crisp a panko crumb and served with a sweet pea risotto finished with a crisp pancetta
A duo of braised shoulder lamb and slow cooked cutlet from the best end
encased in a mushroom and savoy cabbage farce and baked in a rich butter brioche, served with a salsa Verdi
