UHI Moray are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to the post of Front of House Learning Assistant in our Beechtree Restaurant. The successful candidate will have supervisory Restaurant experience and be qualified to a minimum of SCQF Level 6 in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service. They should also have current industry experience in a similar role.
The post holder should be able to supervise the Health and Safety requirements of learners, maintain the restaurant as a working and learning environment, and support the Lecturers in their teaching and assessing role.
We are looking for an individual who can work unsupervised, use their own initiative and work well as part of a team. A knowledge and/or understanding of Further Education would be advantageous.
All appointments are made subject to appropriate PVG membership.
