Moray College UHI Sports Department are taking part in the Northern Scot ‘Get Moray Moving Campaign’.

The team and the students have devised a course of 4 weeks ‘gruelling’ exercise aimed at families.

Aptly named ‘Family Boot Camp’ each week, participants will be taken through a range of fun exercises to promote the value of fitness and exercise to general health and wellbeing. The team will also advise on diet and healthy eating. Many of the exercises will be based on exercises that the participants can do at home . A secondary but equally important aspect of the sessions will be to encourage families to spend leisure time together and perhaps motivate each other to continue the programme outwith the sessions.

The sessions take place on a Tuesday evening from 6 - 7.30 in the Moray College games hall and will run for 4 weeks initially. There is no need to book just turn up!
